MISSION STATEMENT
Do only a few things and do them well. Give each client individual attention and always provide zealous representation seeking the best possible outcome. The old adage "jack of all trades, master of none" does not apply here.

PAUL J. PHIPPS ESQUIRE
Paul Phipps, a former United States Military Police Officer, opened Phipps Law L.L.C. in 2009. While a Military Policeman, Mr. Phipps apprehended, processed and built cases against dozens of people charged with a committing crimes, many of which were DUI and traffic related crimes. In his role as a Military Police Officer, Mr. Phipps gained valuable insight from "the inside," learning the inner workings of the criminal justice process, and how Law Enforcement and Law Enforcement Officers operate. Mr. Phipps earned his Law Degree from Stetson College of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2009 at which time he immediately began defending clients charged with DUI. Mr. Phipps also teaches Ethics at a local College and has lectured abroad on the topics of Ethics, Free Enterprise and Capitalism in the Baltic region.

SUPPORT TEAM
Law firms need more than just lawyers to function and in addition to Mr. Phipps, the Phipps Law team his comprised of several non-lawyers including a bi-lingual case manager, an investigator and an administrative support staff. Our investigator is a former local Law Enforcement Officer who has several years experience as a DUI enforcement officer. In addition to gathering case details he applies a technical review of every aspect of each individual case file. Our Case Manager who in addition to communicating with Spanish speaking clients, applies a second set of eyes to each case file to ensure all deadlines are met, every detail is covered and the client is kept informed of the case status timely. Last but definitely not least is our administrative staff which is the glue that keeps the team together. Handling everything from document preparation to scheduling, they do everything they can to make the client experience a good one.
