PAUL J. PHIPPS ESQUIRE
Paul Phipps born in Manhattan and was raised on Long Island. He joined the United States Army Military Police Corps as an enlisted man shortly after graduating from high school. His tours of duty as an MP took him to Alabama, California, Germany and the Middle East. During his tenure as a United States Army Military Policeman Paul learned the ins and outs of Law Enforcement, criminal investigation, and the inner workings of the Military justice system.

After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army Paul worked for a fortune 500 company for 13 years in various capacities. "Professor Phipps" dedicates one evening per week as an adjunct college professor teaching ethics at St. Petersburg College in Tarpon Springs Florida. A Junior Achievement Board Member, Paul has traveled several times to Montenegro where he taught ethics and entrepreneurship to English speaking teachers from the Baltic region.

Paul earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa and earned his Law Degree (Juris Doctorate) from Stetson College of Law. During his tenure in Law School he also spent time studying in China at Nankai University. Paul has been admitted to the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.


NICOLE GOC ESQUIRE
Nicole Goc was born and raised in California and graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Other degrees include a Master of Arts in Humanities from Cal State Dominguez Hills and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University.

Nicole lived in Southern California, Texas, Washington DC and Belgium as an Air Force wife and is the surviving spouse of a combat pilot. She has been admitted to both the Florida Bar and Hawaii Bar and is licensed to practice law in both states. Nicole is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator.
